First off im 27 years old, 6 ft 1, bout 185 approx 8 to 9% bf. My diet is in check, it has been posted, tweaked and discussed in the diet section. I train 4 to 5 days a week and do low intensity cardio 4 to 5 days per week. I think im more or less a prime candidate to cycle but to date im all natural.
About a year ago i broke both my wrists at the same time in a freak accident, and thus was unable to work out for quite some time. I put on a few pounds... and the metabolism is not what it used to be. i used to be 175 with 5 to 6 percent bodyfat year round. I know many guys on here are competitive body builders but my goals are vastly different. Im a med student, but i pay for my tuition working as a model ( i hate saying that, sounds so lame but its true). Anyways, my goal is to cut down even more, gain some vascularity and just overall look very fit. Ive been in a number of fitness mags... many of which you guys have read at one point or another, as well as a lot of editorial gigs and commercials ( not trying to brag, just trying to give you and idea of where i need to be). Just trying to get back to where i was and then some. So size is not the objective here, im not a muscle mag model. I need to fit in a suit, not bust out of one.
That said, there are a few things that i must absolutely avoid... bloating, hairloss, acne, gyno.... be that the case, many of the drugs that you may have otherwise recommended may not in fact be an option for me.
I was going to run 8 weeks of winny at 50 mg with 8 to 10 weeks of var at 50 mg but i got a feeling you guys are gonna tell me thats not the best combo for the ole liver. I have no issue with injections, as i know some people believe test is mandatory and oral only cycles are pointless, but please just keep in mind my my job.... water bloat, acne etc... means i dont get paid. Im looking for some advise as to what you think the best cycle would be for my goals with pct, and yes, recommending no cycle is certainly a respectable and viable opinion.
I also prefer to not mess with compounds such as clen and t3 because quite frankly they scare me. My pics are attached below. the first one is before the injury, and the second one is current. Sorry for the long post and Thank You in advance.
