I bought some preformed beef patties from the shops.
I am bulking so I didnt mind if they were LEAN and they were cheap.
I cooked one just now and I cooked it well.
The more I cooked it the "PINKER" it got.
When it was properly finished cooking it was bright like red pink inside and brown on the outside.
All my life I have never seen beef do anything like this?
What is this thing made off?
