i think u should come off all AAS, run a strong PCT so u dont end up on HRT for life, u are young man.
do a nice clean natural cut...

then in couple months, cycle again....

You weight 250, 15%bf and your bench is 275 and you been cycling for 2 years and cruising Test now for 2 months? Dont mean to put you down but it just dont sound right to me. Your bench seems to be really lagging.

I agree with this big time. I rep sets of 275 and I am 195lbs, 6 foot and around 15 percent bodyfat, doesn't make any sense.

Im a very serious lifter.. Im not here to talk about me, but to talk about the cycle. I've provided you with enough information to understand that I fit the criteria of a guy who "knows what direction he is taking"..
u have been lifting for 2 years....
and as others said, still very weak...

come off now, let ur body recover then cycle again...thats the best advice for you regardless if you want to hear it or not...

All of the above. I weigh 175 lbs right now, i am 5'11" and i can rep 265 8x's on cycle of just test... When off i obviously am not doing quite that much, but the stats don't add up. My 18 yr old brother deads over 400? He weighs 150lbs... Also you have almost put yourself on trt or hrt, so unless you plan on pinning your entire life, i would pct asap. August is too far away. Your hpta has a good chance of getting stuck shutdown after that period.

    Good luck,

have to agree with the rest of them. 275 is a little low for two years of cycling. when i was on test, i was repping that out bout 6 times. maybe u need to push yourself more or do more muscle confusion exercises, switch it up from week to week

You need to slow down your approach it will backfire in the long run if you don't, think of the bigger picture

2 years cycling and benching 275??

Damn, i was repping that at 160lbs natural before i jumped on juice.

Now its play weight. Yeah man, thats a low ass bench press for 2 years of "serious cycling and lifting" if you ask me.

    Maybe you ment 375? lol

150mg of anadrol? Thats a heart attack waiting to happen, thats alot of drol dude.

Lemme ask u something, have u ever taken anadrol before? Cause if u have ur bench should be WAY past 275 lol.

Shit i was on 25mg of anadrol a day and in 2 weeks my bench went up 50lbs.

Small amounts or not youve been shutdown for a long time. Fail internet? I think if you listen its the best thing you can do for yourself. You fail if you ignore the advice.

Sorry for another post, but it doesnt matter if its been small amounts dude.. 50mg of synthetic test is enough to shut u down.

Thats why u cant really "ween" yourself off juice lol.

Its a hell of alot harder to lift heaver weight for taller people. Im 6' 4', and i took me forever to bench that much. You guys bitching about what he can lift are probably short (5'6"-5 9") with thicker arms than a 6 footer. Cut the guy some slack.
