Ok here is a normal day for me.
Meal 1 = 4-5 Egg whites, 2 cups oatmeal, glass of skim milk, and a fruit (apple)
Meal 2 = 1 6 0z chicken breast, half cup cottage cheese, tossed salad
Meal 3 = 6 0z Tuna, Apple, 2 cups oatmeal
Meal 4 = Whey Protein Supplement, Banana, 1 cup Yogurt
Meal 5 = 6 oz fish (salmon or trout) on toasted WW with lettuce and cheddar cheeze
Meal 6 = 6-8 oz of beef, 2 baked potatoes with broccoli and 1 cup ww rice
there is an average day, and I will change it up slightly from day to day. some days will be 2 protein supplements. I have a 15 week cycle of Dbol and Equitest (test and boldonone) that I want to start soon but want to make sure my diet is on par first.....
