Got my blood work back and I have elevated RBC and LDL. Obviously I'm cutting back on my androgen use to let my levels return to normal, but I have heard guys giving blood to help lower RBC quickly. Where would I go to do this?

There are blood banks in most cities.

Call a local Blood Life and set an appointment. Whenever I cycle I always donate.
