    Gyno

    Right,

I am 1 week into a 12 week 500mg pw test cyp and 400mg deca pw course

I was planning on taking proviron and tamox everyday throughout the course however i was advised against it on this forum as it would hinder my gains and to save the tamox for PCT

    My question is this:

What symptoms should i look for before taking something and what would be the best to take?

i have a tingly left nipple, little bit more sensitive than normal but right nipple is fine??

    Thanks in advance!

Heres the thing bro, imho if you start getting it its hard to get rid of. If your that worried about GYNO and don't know how you body reacts to it I would run something throughout the cycle (Adex is my personal fav). But puffy, itchy and sensitive nips would be something to look for. I think I week in would be kinda quick but ya never know.

Running an AI or a low dose SERM for estrogen related sides shouldn't hinder your gains that significantly--at least that has been my personal experience.

I run a low dose AI with every cycle now, and I still gain.

From what i read on these forums 25mg EOD of aromasin(exemestane) should work fine. That is what i am currently using and seems to be doing the trick. Most say save the tamox(nolva) for pct.

If this is your first cycle and you diddnt run the suggested "test only for first cycle" then your not going to know which type of gyno you have. I suspect your very prone to one or both types if your feeling symptoms this early.

    I like tamox/clomid for pct.

I would also go with the exemestane during your cycle. My favorite ai to run during cycles.

Why not tamox or proviron or both then if they are AI / serm?
