"Excessive alcohol use and corticosteroid use are two of the most common causes of nontraumatic avascular necrosis. In people who drink an excessive amount of alcohol, fatty substances may block blood vessels, causing a decreased blood supply to the bones that results in avascular necrosis"

Im not sure if this is the cause of my problem but I do know that back in my college and post college years (from 4-10 years ago) I did undergo ALOT of alcohol drinking and aas use! According to studies, corticosteroids cause AVN also. (i never used these types)

Anyway... I would like to start taking foods/supps/meds that might help with stopping/getting rid of fatty substances that might block blood vessels. (Is this cholesterol???)

Any input would be great fellas!!

THanks
