    Need help with protein

    Current stats:

    25
    258lbs
    17%bf
    6'
Just completed first cycle, pct in 10 days

My diet was terrible in this cycle. I was always convinced that your body could only process up to 35g of protein every 2 hours. That means that I had to try to eat up to 10 meals a day. that means I had to also take in 10 meals of carbs per day. This whole diet during cycle has been a nightmare.

Anyway, I am going to say **** it and change that. I will start eating meals with 60-70g of protein, and eat that 5 - 6 times a day. Now would this be ok?

For example, what I ate today (only listing protein)

    Shrimp (1 bag) 95g protein
Fish filet (3 large pieces) 63g protein
Chicken breast (3 large) 63g protein
Protein shake (once daily) 42g protein
1.5lb leann steak (before bed) 60g protein (unsure of the macros, so guessing. Meat has no nutritional facts on packing).

Would this amount of protein per meal be ok? I cannot do 10 meals a day anymore. I ****ing hate food. I feel it is a waste to eat a meal with only 30g protein.

Guess I got this phobia from my early days at bb.com

Shoot for 40-50g 6-8 meals per day. 300g per day should be sufficient.

Thanks for the replies. 6 meals a day sounds a lot better than 10. After my child is born and I move back to the States I will start a diet overhaul counting every single macro. I will not start now because life will be hectic with my new son, and a change of residence between countries. Should be going to Hawaii next
