Hey guys just after some advise.. Iam currently on a cycle of
Test e 1-16 - 600mg week
EQ 1-14 - 600mg week
Dbol week 1-4 / 8-12 40mg
adex ed .25mg
Iam on week 9 and so far have put on 6kg... But it seems for the last few weeks my gains have sort of stopped and iam putting on a bit of fat??
Iam currently using a Mass gainer protein, which contains 50g pro and 60g carbs per serve.. and iam having 3 of these a day One at breakfast (mixed with oats) one berfore workout mixed with creatine and one after workout..
But i have been hearing that the mass gainers are no good and have shit carbs in them.. so iam thinking if i switch to a normal straight protein and mix in oats when needed it may help my gaining fat issue! The question is.. which protein should i use?? Just a normal WPI or what?
I have a 4kg tub of Lipo whey here which is WPI with fat burners in it.. but i dont think this would be good too use on a bulk.. or would it?
Any way what protein do use guys recomend?
