Been lifting for 4 years. I bulked up from 135 to 208 on a typical bodybuilding routine but later become more interested in PLing, then Strongman style lifts, began to incorporate running into my routines and am now down to a decently athletic 170lbs. Above all strength is my main concern. Deadlift, squats, OH press, pullups, and how high I can box jump have always been what I mainly try to get better at. However, I have not lifted in a year. I am currently getting back into lifting on a 5/3/1 routine. My goal is to get my lifts back up to where they were, that's it. I won't need drugs for that. I am here to learn about steroids and decide if I want to use drugs to get my lifts past what I could do naturally.
