Ive started to experience hip pain in the ball/socket of my hip. Its a sharp pain which only happens when i go deep in a split squat or lunge. Some weeks its only one leg some its both. Has any one had a similar problem or does any one know of how to remedy the situation? I think it may be to do with the length and strength of my adductors so im going to try bring them up over the next few weeks.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated
