If I where you I would just do a nice and slow lean build when you are ready. Personally I don't like the bulk/cut principle. I have done it both ways now, and I feel like I don't gain much more muscle from a bulk/cut than I do from a lean build. With the lean build you don't need to look bloated/flabby while you are gaining and you also don't have to worry about the big cut when the time comes. When you get to a place you feel comfortable staying for a bit get a good maintenance diet going and hold it for a good 5-8 weeks. When you know you are at a stable place slowly add a clean 300 calories to your diet. Once you hold that and stop gaining bump it up again. This process is a MUCH slower gain than a bulk diet, but you will stay lean the entire time while slowly adding mass. Everybody responds different, and the bulk/cut works for some. From now on for me I will always use the method I described to you.

You look great, and are doing a good job!

Agreed - after spending so much time and effort cutting, it would be a shame to cover it all up in a couple months with a bunch of fat. I can't wait until I can FINALLY start my 'slow clean bulk'. =)

Thanks again for your replys! The slow-clean bulk sounds like a great idea. Seems like ive stopped losing weight, and may be at the"steady" phase right now. And actually, other than looking somewhat good..my health has simply improved by 200%. I used to not be able to run over 2 miles without losing my breath due to asthma. I ran 6 miles the otherday and never got tired and my asthma symptoms have dissappeared it seems...I can say im proud of this accomplishment

and i agree, do a nice slow lean bulk, no-reason to yo-yo with bulk then cut...

your abs look good. But I think you could gain a couple of pounds so the rest of ur body looks just as good. Abs get a thumbs up.

Im not thinking of "bulking" for a while. I don't like the bloated feeling, especially around my stomach...and summer is around the corner and got some motorcycle drag racing to do !!!
