I started with 40mg ED of Anavar five days ago and have already noticed a significant decrease in libido. I think I am not going to finish out the cycle and try something else. My sex life is too important to me. Will my test levels naturally come back after such a small dose? or should I take somthing to kick it back into gear? I have some Nolva which I was planning on using for a PCT. Any ideas?

Been athletic for about 10 years but was hoping to gain a few lbs of lean mass. I did one cycle of Dbol about 5 years ago. Thats about the end of my cycle experience. I got the Anavar after thinking i read enough on it and then started to find out that it shuts you down fast. Very serious problem for me since I just got engaged and my girlfriend would kill me if she knew I was doing it. Its just the beggining of the cycle so is there anything I can do to fix it? or should I just wait it out?

Yea, my experience with var was the same. It shut me down. No way to predict how well you might recover. Its an individual thing. If you are going to continue using it I would add some test to your cycle. Doesnt have to be much.. If you are not then I would run a mild pct to help with recovery.

ok. I have the Novla. Since I only took about 150mg of Var. How light should my dose be?

As I said you might not need anything at all.. However, I am 42 yrs old and if it were me, I would take a short,mild pct..

There is no way to know for sure. Like I said you may not need anything at all, but because you stressed just how important your sex life is right now, I cant see why a little nolva couldnt help with a quicker recovery. Get some cialis to keep on hand.

Recent studies show that Anavar is much more suppressive than was originally believed (at the doses that we men have to take to see results). It can also cause some serious lethargy, especially if taken without test.

That doesnt sound typical of ANAVAR to me.

If you really read up on people who have used Var it actually does sound typical.

At 40mgs var shut me down after week 1.
At 60 mgs var shut me down after DAY1!
Although I didn't lose libido (I gained it in fact) my nuts hurt and shrunk up.
I honestly wouldn't use var alone again; I don't care what people say.
Also, better make sure your cholesterol is good.
Oh, and my natty test didn't rebound well either, so yeah, do a PCT

You will be fine. If i have learned one thing here it is always use test in any cycle and always have an AI, Clomid, and Tamox on hand.
