Stats 5'8'' 173lbs, about 17-18% bf. My tdee is 2752ish.
I eventually want to get to 10% by june (not sure if this is attainable), but im doing p90x just to see if i can get cut up. I've been eating about 23-2400 calories a day and busting my ass with the workouts. I try and follow this diet as best as i can, so far i havent noticed any weight loss or mirror progress its been a little more than 2 weeks.
I try and eat fats with protein if theres no carbs. I try my best with school and working 30 hours a week. Critique it please
Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs, 2 slices cheese omelett ~470 P-28 C-0 F-20gadd 4 egg whites--drop the cheese--add 1/2 cup oats with water and splenda
Meal 2 - 1 can tuna, 1 tsp low fat mayo, celery 200 calories, 35/0/5add 30gr complex carbs
Meal 3 - PWO 2 scoops whey in water, large banana 485 50/50/0drop banana add 1/2 cup oats
Meal 4 - 2TBSP natty PB, 2 slices whole wheat bread 410 19/48/15drop the bread and do 6oz lean protein
Meal 5 - Chicken strips grilled ~150 cals 25/0/0add fibrous carbs
Meal 6 - 1 Scoop whey in water, 1/4 cup of peanuts 350 34/14/8if u do a shake make it casein
