1/2 cup (dry) of oats, 1 cup of water, a dash of salt, 3 packets of splenda, a good amount of cinnamon, and 1-2 tbsp of half and half or heavy cream = heaven!

A little bit goes a long way, makes it REALLY creamy! I should have specified I use fat free half and half due to a cutting diet - and it's still really good. If you're bulking, by all means use a bit of regular H&H or even heavy cream!

sounds good, i'll try it, but i won't use h&H, just regular fat free milk.

I add more water and put protein powder in it. Taste great if you have a quality powder.

you can have oats with sugar free maple syrup, tatses pretty good.

Or, get your bowl of oats, put in some rasins, lots of cinnamon, chopped bananas, then add some boiling water, let sit for a little while and eat. Its amazing. If you dont wanna use boiling water just throw it in the microwave for a minute.

Beleive it or not, the longer it sits the better it tastes (to me), make it in the morning let it sit in a tupperwear container and eat it at night.. or make it at ngiht and eat it in the morning its pretty awesome make sure its warm though, and not too dry

i pour olive oil on into my oats in the morning just for extra calories and fats. i think it tastes better than plain oatmeal. Also i prefer "newer?"oats not old fashioned oats, both are microwaveable but oldfashioned aren't as smooth.

Splenda, cinnamon, old fashioned oats in a bowl. Poor cold water on it and eat it like breakfast cereal.
