Hope someone here can give me some useful advice..
Stats:
Age 29
B/F 21%
5' 11"
180lbs
I currently work a 58 hour week as below:
Mon-Thurs 6am to 6pm
Fri - 6am to 4pm
Sat&Sun - Off!!YAY!!
I go to the gym on Mon, Wed & Fri's at 7pm till 8.30pm.
Can anyone recommend me a good bulking workout please? My taget is to bulk up but trim my waist at the same time.
Also, how many meals should I fit into my 12hr shift?
I try to be in bed for 10pm as I have to be awake at 4.45am!
Any help would be appreciated.
