    58 hour working week - please help!!

    Hey Guys,

    Hope someone here can give me some useful advice..

    Stats:
    Age 29
    B/F 21%
    5' 11"
    180lbs

    I currently work a 58 hour week as below:
    Mon-Thurs 6am to 6pm
    Fri - 6am to 4pm
    Sat&Sun - Off!!YAY!!

    I go to the gym on Mon, Wed & Fri's at 7pm till 8.30pm.

    Can anyone recommend me a good bulking workout please? My taget is to bulk up but trim my waist at the same time.
    Also, how many meals should I fit into my 12hr shift?

    I try to be in bed for 10pm as I have to be awake at 4.45am!

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey bro I feel your pain, I get to work at 5 and don't get off till around 6 mon-fri. Pack your lunch and eat every 2 hours if possible. I typically pack 3 cans of tuna or some type of serving of lean meat. A can of green beans. A can of kidney beans, a piece of fruit and a pwo shake. Plus b4 I leave for work I eat like 4 or 5 hard boiled eggs which I prepare every sunday night. Then I eat dinner once I get home, so I fit in 5-7 meals a day.

    check out the DC training split that uses a mon wed fri routine with an A1 B1 A2 B2 C1 C2 split. when you find the routine. that stuff will make sense. try google. good luck.
