Simple question for you bros that know...
What the hell do you take to help you sleep when you run Clen/T3 together?
I swear to god if I was able to sleep 3 hours a night it was a miracle.... Alot of nights I could only get 2 hours in... I'm sure it effected my gains because with no sleep comes little to no recovery from beating the shit outta your body in the gym...
I tried alot of shit to help knock me out and all I can say is Clen/T3 together is some serious shit because even using some xanies and they always make me sleep my ass was still up in 3 hours...
Melatonin is a joke and just leaves me with a headache the next day... Valium isn't strong enough to work either...
Probably the best thing I found was Zanaflex, but it made me feel like mush and plus I had to take 3 or 4 tabs to make me sleep and I didn't want to keep using that much of the shit...
If anyone has some good ideas please feel free to share...
BTW Clen/T3 together seems like a perfect combo for me to burn fat, if I could only sleep on the shit I'd be all set...
