    Anavar cycle?

    Hey guys!

    Im looking to start my first cycle of steroids and goign to be taking Anavar. what would you recommend in terms of ml a day? and what times?

    I am 15 stone, play rugby so fairly strong and active. mainly looking for strength gains and weight cutting to enhance performance.

    Also would you recommend var for performance enhancement?

    Any help appreciated!

    What are your stats? Age? Goals? weight in pounds...

    im 23, 15 stone, bench 70 k's and squat 140 k's. most of my work has been on legs since taking it seriously

    i mainly want to cut out the body fat, and get all good muscle around hte core and good chest and arm strength, also with the legs for scrummaging power

    Bro, you are really a little young in my opinion. At your age your natural test levels should be high. That means that you are in a prime position to put on mass and increase your strength naturally. In my opinion you really should not cycle until you reach your natural potential. At 23 you do not want to run the risk of compromising your hpta.

    Again... I do not recommend you cycle yet!!!!!With that said, if you insist on running something I would suggest a first cycle of test c or e. But before I did that I would get your diet and cardio in shape so you can get your body fat low.

    My cardio routine is rugby training twice a week, one 2 hour session which mainly focusses on fitness, so its a lot of various running drills. and then the second session mainly involves team runs, which is still high paced but less fitness orientated.

    Then we play a game on a saturday.

    I'll be the first to admit that the diet isnt as perfect as it could be, but i was looking mainly for the strength boost, and being a little easier on the eye would be an advantage.

    You could def accomplish a lot more naturally before thinking about drugs. How often do you hit the gym and what do you do in there?

    Btw I don't know anything about steroids, but most on here will tell you not to run Anavar by itself

    Being easy on the eyes wont mean shit if you develop erectile issues.......23 is kinda that ify age. I would get my diet in check, start lifting. I didnt see you mention that as part of your training routine. That is what will give you strength gains. Try that for 6 months or so... see what kind of gains you make and then revisit the aas use.

    i normally train gym wise 4 times a week. Im training at home, i have a small gym set up where i have bench, dumbells, curls, shoulder press. A good routine will help loads i admit. I train legs at the club though. Us big ugly forwards get together normally on a wednesday and squat, leg raises and curls and dead lift.

    I promise you that if you learn to eat right, train right you can put on lots of mass and increase your strength natuarally without using any compounds.

    I know.... you eat well. Thats what I thought until I learned from the guys on this board. Same with training..

    Just give it some time and revisit the prospect of aas use in 6 months to a year.

    I won't deny that you sound active and athletic, but just FOCUS on lifting and cardio and I promise you, you won't need any steroids. Def get your diet in check, im sure most people lie a little about their diet and the fact that you said it wasn't "as perfect as it could be" probably means its crap. Eat good look good that's what it comes down to. Cardio sucks but everyone has to do it. When you go to the gym you should have a plan as to what muscle group your going to attack and how you're going to do it. The gym isn't a magical place where you spend time and get bigger.

    alcohol + AAS (ESPECIALLY ORAL) is bad news.

    40-60mg daily for 10 weeks stacked with some OTC creatine mono.
