I just signed up here to clear up a few quick questions. As I understand it, Clenbuterol allows you to preserve muscle while losing fat, and in some cases, even lets you GAIN muscle while in a calorie deficit.
1) How is the ladder even possible?!
MILD ANABOLIC EFFECT ISN'T NECESSARILY MUSCLE BUILDING (WON'T HAPPEN). IT ACTUALLY EQUATES TO, AND WOULD BE BETTER STATED AS A MILD ANTI-CATABOLIC EFFECT.
Is the extra fat you're burning going towards muscle growth?
THE EXTRA FAT IS BURNED NOT RECYCLED.
I'm not familiar with the science behind it, so just wondering.

2) What level of fat loss can be expected on someone's first cycle?
THIS IS CONTINGENT UPON MULTIPLE VARIABLES...CLEANLINESS OF CALS, AMT OF EXERCISE, OVERALL CALORIC INTAKE, PROTEIN CONSUMPTION, BMR, ETC.
I am 5'11 and 180 lbs with mayyybe ~16% body fat. I will do the proper "first-timer" dosing of 20mcg (?) 2x per day and slowly build as tolerance allows.
RIGHT, THEN INCREASE BY 20MCGS ED, SOME TAKE ALL AT ONCE, I PREFER DOSING FOR A COUPLE OF REASONS. BE SURE TO GET SOME TAURINE, OR CONCENTRATED ELECTROLYTES. PROTOCOLS ARE WELL DOCUMENTED.
3) Just to reiterate, I NEED to be in a calorie deficit for the intended effects to occur, right?
FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS, "YES". BUT THAT'S IF YOU'RE NOT ON CYCLE...OBVIOUSLY A CYCLIST WOULD NEVER BE IN CALORIC DEFICIT - EVEN FOR CUTTING!
LOWER CALS/PRE-CONTEST DIET, "YES", LESS THAN NEEDED TO PROPERLY ANABOLIZE PROTEIN, "NO"!
