    Dbol dosing question

    Age 29
    Height 5'11
    Weight 190
    BF 12%
    Cycle experience this is my first
    Diet high protein/cal low carbs low fat
    PCT Nolva, clomid
    Letro on hand and taking liv 52 twice a day and have been for the past 3 weeks.

    So I started my cycle today i'm running 10mg of dbol 3x a day for 4 weeks with 250mg test e twice a week for 12 weeks. My question is with my dosing of the dbol. I planned it this way and wanted to see if it looks good.

    730a 10mg

    230p 10mg

    700p 5mg (breaking tab in half)

    1030p 5mg (other half obviously)

    I usually go to the gym between 830-1000 so I though taking 5mg before my workout would help. This look ok or should I skip the halfs and just do my 3rd tab at 1030p?

    It is best to do a tab an hour before your workout. You could split up your 5mgs at different times in your day. You'd prob wanna take a full 10 before your workout.

    Looks good. Every 5 hours is a good rule of thumb.

    30mg. of d-bol a day is a fairly small dose if you weigh 190.IMO

    I was planning to run 40mg but got mixed info. Most people on here recommend 40 and a few people Ive talked to at the gym said 20 so I just said screw it and went in the middle lol. I'm going to give it a few days then I might just bump it up to 40.

    id definitely take at least 10mgs bout an hour before u workout, gives u a nice pump. even better put it under ur tongue with an uncoated aspirin(helps it absorb better) about an hour before u work out and youll feel like an animal in the gym

    nah 4 times a day is good since the half life of d-bol is pretty short like 3.5 hrs also i think u could experience harsher side effects if u took them all at once, not to mention it might being better on your liver btw u should use the 10mg period b4 ur workout cuz it might add a better pump effect..

    i also haven't taken d-bol in about 3 years so i dunno if my info is correct

    absolutely true, it thins your blood, allowing faster absortion sublingually
