Thread: the chances of being eligible for trt?

the chances of being eligible for trt?

my levels were 153, 320, and 530 ng / dl. i have pretty much every symptom of low testosterone, but i'm still worried that the endocrinologist won't put me on trt because i'm 17, and my last level checked was the highest (which from what i understand is still low, but not low enough). if i'm not on trt before i go to college i'll be pretty ****ed because of how fatigued i am all the time.

can anyone figure my odds? i'm aware that it probably depends on the endocrinologist, but i need a rough idea of how my chances look.

What range were those numbers checked against?

the first test was compared to something like 193-700 ng / dl. i didnt get to see the other two tests on paper. my regular doctor did the tests though. i hope that the endocrinologist has better charts than that.

Well, it's quite a range between all three tests. Different factors can come into play and skew test results, however I'm not sure to what degree. The only thing I can think of is to do consistent tests. Same time of day for a couple weeks. May not be possible, but it could help draw out some consistency.

    per oxford dictionary

"Doh" is now defined as "Expressing frustration at the realization that things have turned out badly or not as planned, or that one has just said or done something foolish,"

It was in reference to him putting his age and not realizing he should have fudged it a few months. lol.

the signup rules don't mention anything about age. i don't see why it matters anyway.

I have no clue about age for forums. I am glad he asked the question but there is little chance to get on TRT at that age. There is the possibility that he is a late bloomer in that department and a dr. will not want to go there.

Some dr's will give short males shots of HGH in their early teens to increase height.
