    I'm confused. If you're injured, why are you running a cycle?

    And you have no plan, which is not good at all. You should always start a cycle with a definite plan ahead of you.

    You gained 25lbs in 3 weeks? It's water and fat.

    If you want to make the most of the rest of this cycle, stop thinking about adding more drugs, and go get your diet straightened out.

    If you can't eat plain food, you either need to learn how to cook with spices and healthy sauces, or you need to find a new hobby. I eat plain food all day. Just comes with the life, my friend.

    I can lift weights but i cant MMA because of and armbar injury so BJJ is out of the question!!! I know how to DIET just getting bored with what im eatting!!! and i fell off cause of my elbow, i got alittle depressed cause i drop to 178 and my fight was in 2 weeks and was ready to drop 8 more pounds then i got hurt!!! ive been rehabing for 3months now and lost alot of size and muscle cause for awhile all i could do is cardio and that was ok at first but then i seen myself shrink even more!! So that is the reason why im doing this!! Im not a noob ive done bodybuilding comps 4 times since i was 17 then started mma at 23 and im 28 now!! I know how to eat just would like some input on creating some new meals!! I will even share my meals if people want!!!! I do have a PLAN i always do just go crazy doing all this research i what im taking cause everyone seems to take to much or doesnt want to help!!!!
