When do I know I am ready to go with the gear.

Another problem is with people (not necessarily you) who say they are 23 and have, say, 7 years training experience.
*Most* teens have no idea about diet or training, so that doesn't really count.
Training experience refers to dedication to diet and training. Not just staying strict and "lifting" but reading and learning about new ideas about diet, and how to improve one's training.
And honestly, most teens don't do that, so they really have no clue what their body responds to diet wise or with training.
I'm 31 and still learning things that my body responds to.
also you have said you have been heavier and leaner which a better diet so your still not at your full potential
if you are still training natty and not dieting properly is it going to be beneficial to train with with juice with a poor diet? NO
