    First ever cycle

    35 male 5'9" 215 lookn 2 drop trunk fat and bulk up am already muscular prob low 20 %bf been lifting a off and on since high school pretty strong and solid thinkn of doing test prop 150 mg 3x a week for 10 weeks followed by 60mg nolva day 1 after cycle 40mg days 2 through 15 then 20 mg days 16 through 42 as well as 50 mg clomid 2x day for 5 days then once a day for 10 more... Is this enuff pct to bring back test production and combat gyno and other estrogen sides??? Lift 5x a week and eat high protein low carb and low fat diet plus 30 to 45 mins cardio 5x a week... Please advise... Also have a friend who thinks first ever cycle of 50 mg winn eod will melt fat...is he wrong like from what I've read? And one other thing is 100mg equal to 1cc if not what's the conversion? Thanks for ur help

    I think most vets will tell you to kick up cardio and get diet in check for a feew more months to get BF nearer 15%. The lower the BF the lower the sides for gyno. From personal experience, I wanted to jump in 2 months ago and decided to waitand got my diet A+ clean and work hard on cardio and in the weight room and I have probably dropped 2-3% BF natty in two months. Post diet for vets to critique first IMO.

    If you're really about 20% bf I would attack the trunk fat with diet and cardio first, before jumping on a cycle.

    Prop should be injected EOD at most, not 3 times a week.

    No, winny will not melt fat in any way. It will remove sub-q water, and give muscles a "harder" look, but it will be useless at higher body fat.

    If your prop is 100mg/ml, then 1ml=1cc=100mg.

    thanks for advice... Need 2 get bf% checkd I guess... I'm not fat just have some fat around waist... As far as diet...


    1 6 eggwhite omelet
    2 1 fruit (orange) protein shake 24 g pro
    3 8oz chk breast frozen mixd veg
    4 1 fruit (apple) protein shake 24 g pro
    5 8 oz meat chk or 93/7 ground beef froz veg
    6 protein shake 24g pro



    1 chest/shoulders circuit

    2 back/bi/tri circuit
    3 legs
    4 chest/shoulders
    5 back/bi/tri
    6 off
