Need basic 3 day workout split.

Im doing the program insanity, which is HIIT cardio 6x a week and they are 30-50 minute intense sessions. I'm gonna be eating at a calorie deficit, so im just gonna keep up lifting and high protein intake to retain my muscle mass. I lift at home got a squat rack with 300lb olympic bar and weights, and power blocks (0-90lbs) adjustable. So i can do everything under the sun.

Just need a basic MWF split. thanks

Can you just put in the exercises? How many sets per exercise do you do?
