i am now 23, 24 in 4 months and i feel its time for my 2nd cycle. My first cycle was 500mg of sus 250 per week for 12 weeks. At the time i thought i did ok, looking back it was a whole lot of water retention, high blood pressure and poor carb sources !
after learning how not to overtrain, eat and rest i think its time to go at it again. I want some lean mass but also want to keep the water retention low, this is what i had in mind:
weeks 1-10 100mg test p EOD
weeks 6-10 100mg masteron EOD
arimidex on hand if needed, was going to do 0.2mg eod to help with water.
PC will be standard:
week 1 clomid 100mg ED / tamoxifen 40mg ED / arimidex 0.2mg ED
week 2 half all of above
week 3 same as week 2
what do you guys think ? is 100mg of test not enough ? should u bump it to 150mg EOD ?
current stats:
6 foot 1
17 stones dead
hovering somewhere between 15 and 18% BF.
train 4 times a week using the HIT method detailed by mike mentzer, split body parts back and bi, chest and tri, legs, shoulders and traps.
280 g of protein per day and shoot for 3000 cal overall.
example of days eating -
7:30 3 scoops of weight gainer and 75gs of oats
10:30 3 eggs and 2 pieces of fruit
1:30 baked potato, veg and a chicken breast
3:30 tin of tuna and a wholemeal bagel
5:30 30gs of whey then train
7:00 steak/chicken with wholemeal pasta or brown rice with veg
10 bed - 200gs of cottage cheese and 30g of casein protein.
