    Need to lose stomach fat but not muscle

    I am sure everyone asks the same question but here are my specs

    180 pounds
    5'7
    train 6 times a week - heavy
    13-15 percent body fat
    wake up at 4 in the morning on tues-wed-thurs

    my question is , my stomach fat is always the last bit to go. I have never had a six pack. when i diet , im pretty good but when i slip up , i reallyb start eating shit that i shouldnt. especially weekends. can anyone put a diet together for me that would help me maintain my muscle but trim fat
    ? ps. my metabolism is kinda slow. also, i pretty much can eat anything, not too picky. thanks

    ^^^try not doin that for starters---aint tryin to be a jerk but aint nobody gonna put together a diet for you unless u pay them

    look at some of the other diets posted in this forum and put one together and we can help u tweak it--

    ok thanks will do, also i can more easily follow a diet that is basically the same thing every day. i just get used to it amd get into the routine.

    good that will make it easy for u---post up ur supposed diet and we will go from there
