    Have I peaked on my AAS cycle?

    Age: 22
    Wt: 215
    Ht: 5'11
    bf: 10%

    cycle:
    Test Prop @ 525mg/wk weeks 1-10
    Tren Ace @ 525mg/wk weeks 3-8


    I started my cycle at 204 lbs and jumped up to 219 at the end of week 3. Since starting the tren I have lost about 4 lbs; yes i do understand tren shreds fat but i didnt have much to start with. I just started week 6 and have been on tren for 3 solid weeks. For some reason i feel like im not going up and i have reached a plateau. Ive been the same weight for about 2 weeks and its really starting to annoy me. Some people have told me to up the tren since its better to do more tren than test but honestly i am completely lost and dont listen to people that dont even know what pct is. I wanted to know what your guys input is and if you had any recommendations. Thanks!

    I lost 4-6 pounds on tren, it gave me a boost in strenght, and when I dropped tren, I was still getting strenght, but my cycle was 12 weeks, 1-12 test e , tren on week 6-11, and I wasn't able to gain weight on tren for some reason.

    But I got bigger on tren just lost weight, makes no sense, but hey whatever works .

    look into pct, normaly it is nolva + clomid for 4 weeks, nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50 I think it is, might need to do a little further investigation on this but you need pct after your cycle.

    you sound like you set this up right so i assume your eating alot of good stuff

    with me and tren i have had the same thing happen so i started to always try to get 3 or 4 times the amount of protien i do when off cycle, i aim for 100%dv of protien per meal or about 4 or 5 grams of protien per body weight, i also make sure alot of it is lean meat. the substance is designed to make cattle gain weight but also lose fat so you should rebound and get more pounds as long as your calories are good.

    btw i love that cycle, i did a cycle like that with a winny 2 week kickstart and tbol through out the rest i added little wieght but dropped alot of bf% and gained on all lifts over a year ago and kept most progress.
