tea or coffee?????

hey, this i think will prob be for the uk readers only but any help appreciated as i am trying to get my bf down i was wondering which is better to drink out of tea or coffee? i like both so not a prob but i dont want to be drinkin one and not losing bf so need to find out if any one of them make a difference cheers,kev

both are fine as long as you dont use cream or sugar or at least not much thats where the access calories are from...

cool no i have been drinking both so thats ok then but i use skimmed milk and sweetener

one cup of coffee in the am little cream no sugar,,, then i drink green tea or water with lemmon juice all day,, usualy like 6 servings each
