I need help with my first meal. I have a quick (hopefully not too stupid) question.
My first meal consists of:
1-1/2 cups oats cooked (in a microwave with water)
3 raw eggs blended up with 25 grams whey protein and half cup milk
serving of grapes
I usually add a serving of yogurt to my oats for flavor
My question is this: Is there any reason i can't just blend the oats into my eggs and protein drink? You know dry instead of cooking them. It would make my breakfast a lot faster and i could cut out the yogurt.
