Planning on starting a new shoulder workout and come up with what I think is a pretty good routine. Open to suggestions on anything.
3 sets DB/BB shoulder press 10,8,8
3 sets DB Arnold press 8,6,6
2-3 sets upright row 8,8,8
superset front raise with side raise 10,8,6
3 sets BB clean and press 8,8,6
Any advice sets reps or workout structure is appreciated.
