    Anyone eat pinto beans with success?

    i know theyre slow carbs and good source of protein and fiber, but do any of u eat them regularly with success?

    1 cup cooked is like 240 cals 1gr fat 40grcarbs 10gr protein--

    i just ate some and im full as hell--of course i ate a 11oz sirloin too--

    I eat all sorts of beans and lentils all the time, with at least one meal daily. I've never bulked, so I like them as a low GI, filling, slow carb as well. Can't say pintos are a staple but I eat them as much as once per week with some peppers/onions and tequila lime chicken breast.

    clean bulking, I mean food is food when it comes to calorie intake, they get the job done. Taste really isn't a problem for me. If I know it's going to make my body look better, I will get it down some how lol.
