    Bulk & Cut in One Cycle?

    Just wondering if anyone has ever tried bulking for say 8 weeks then cutting for about 8 weeks in the one cycle. And if so, what compounds?

    I'm in my 7th week on Test E and Deca, starting to get dissatisfied with the fat gain and am considering cutting from week 8-10 through till week 16 before commencing PCT.

    Would this be doable on Test E and Deca. If not, what if I add some Trenbolone or Anavar? Or Winstrol even?

    Any advice or if anyone has any experience, would be nice to hear it.

    If this is not advisable. I would at least cut calories back to maintenance for the last 6-8 weeks, I should still keep my gains and strength yeh? And then how long after PCT before commencing a cut cycle?

    what does your diet look like? You can cut on most compounds including test e. Are you taking anything to control bloat?

    I've just been eating HEAPS, my appetite has been huge.

    I'd say 150-250g carbs, 200-250g protein, 150-200g fat. I'd say 3500-4000cals a day.
    Maintenance for me is about 2800, I think.

    Not taking anything to control bloat. But I know I'm gaining too much fat, more so than bloat.

    i would cut back to maitenace...

    im also doing this and adding in clen to my cycle to cut back on my body fat

    Ok.

    A problem I have is this though. Considering AAS increases T3, and increased T3 levels in turn increase Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). What would my AAS affected maintenance be? Or don't worry about this. As if I just eat at my 'maintenance' I would obviously be in some sort of a deficit due to my increased BMR because I'm on cycle, so should see some fat loss?

    Or apparently deca can or does decrease T3 so perhaps this is countering the increase from Test E.

    Fcuk, thinking too much.

    By the way, in regards to Clen, heard some bad stuff about it.

    Are the results worth the sides? And what doses are advised?

    You're gaining too much fat because your diet is off.

    You don't know what your maintenance cals are, or exactly how much you are taking in a day.

    Head over to the diet forum and get squared away.

    I wouldn't worry about clen at this point, just get that diet straightened out and learn from your mistakes.
