    why is Deca so diet pending?

    i am aware that all gains from AAS are amost 100% dependant on what you eat.... but my question is about Deca specifically. Ive heard on here alot that your gains from deca depend MORE on your diet that others....

    also what are some good effects from this compound that you dont notice from tes alone?

    At 400mg a week (with 500mg T) how long do you like to run Deca? ive heard from 8 to 14 weeks. but generally 12 weeks and continue Tes two weeks after for 14 week total cycle

    Besides nolva, clomid, HCG, which i already run. what other pct compounds should i study.

    It also comes down to the individual. Some people hold a ton of water while on Deca, others can stay pretty lean and grow nicely. Im not sure which aspect of its effects you are asking about concerning the diet while using Deca... are you asking about growth results or trying to keeps bloat down, sides down etc... To avoid the water retention (if you notice a problem) keep the salt in your diet under control (bulking doesnt have to mean 4 big mac's a day) and drink plenty of water. Letro seems to be a good choice to combat the water as well.

    400/week is a good dose to run, but not in the 8 week range. Most would advise 12 weeks minimum and yes, run the test 2 weeks longer.

    Your PCT items look fine, but I would have some caber on hand for use on cycle if you notice PRSE.

    Ive never heard that deca gains require more food then any other AAS?

    Deca will help your joints. This alone is a great benefit of the compound. Some run low dose deca in all of their cycles just for that reason.

    Sounds like you have PCT down pretty good.

    how much test should be run with deca if someone is just looking to avoid low test sides like deca dick ect.?

    how low of a dose can you run to help with your joints while on cycle?

    I was asking more about the growth results. im a pretty lean guy and even with tes and dbol i didnt hold that much water. im looking very foward to the upcoming tes/deca cycle because for some reason i think im gonna respone very well to the duo. ill start a log this time

    What is "caber"? and what does PRSE stand for?

    just the title alone.. had me thinking.. ''Rumors of reality TV quality"

    diet dictates atleast 80% of ones body composition... aas is a huge factor but it is still completely diet dependent...

    i have never seen nor have i heard of any conclusive studies/evidence that states that one AAS is more dependent upon diet than any other...

    thats like saying..

    why is chest day more dependent upon diet than back day or leg day??
    (and if you cant figure that out then you should probably go play in traffic.)

    The conclusion that Deca is somehow more sensitive to diet seems like a lot of conjecture, that's based on the observational opinions of the type of people & circumstances KnockOut describes above. Unless you come across a few conclusive and cross-referencing studies that assert and confirm this it seems safe to disregard it.
