    Question No rookie, considering AR

Been down the road with traditional stuff, but years ago. Tried a short stint with an oral that worked a little while back, but am afraid it's too harsh on the liver.
Considering AR but the "research products" are vague and unfamiliar to me.

I am 40 now (old man), but in pretty good condition. 5'10" 170 lbs.
I certainly do not want to gain more than 10 lbs, and I'm at the stage where even half doses would suffice. I just need that boost as I had to lay off from the gym altogether for 4 months do to a car accident. Back at it now and just wondering what's the mildest form and dosing.
    Anyone help?

Yes experienced with injectables. 1" 22 GA self in rear, so no problem there.
Was thinking about Anavar originally, but eludes me and goes back to the whole liver thing.

    From Sunny Sarasota Florida, Thanks.

    Yes I know

I see the difference with the androgens.
Being 40 now with a little bit of body fat I want o be leaner but build some small amount of mass like test would do.
I guess what I'm asking is which of their products and at what dosage works best for less than dramatic change over 60 days say?

or am I misunderstanding the anti-es. Will it simply aid in the natural production of my testosterone?

anti-es combats the estrogen in your system .. they dont produce test

i wonder what lion would recommend for u? i am thinking that the SARMs at a lose dose would help over time, but there is not enough CORRECT info on them yet. one article says this and another says that. i think the one AR has is andarine, but the one that is suppose to be the best and in clinical phase 2 trials is Orstaine. might be mispelled?

Lion wouldn't recommend anything. Their products are for research only and not human consumption. However, we can recommend which Lion products to use.

You've been off for a period of time recovering from an injury. Your goals are modest. I would stick to the basics. If you take anything to boost your strength you may have problems with weaker connective tissue.

Check out the diet section on this site. With your diet and training in order, you should be able to meet your goals without taking any AAS.

Get some blood work done, at your age you might be a desirable candidate for TRT.

Great advice.Tribulus might safely raise natural test levels.

I am gonna get absolutely strung up for saying this, I know, but, I had some mild yet decent results from a nolvadex only cycle. Lost fat and gained strength on it. Diet and training were spot on, but, I've never both shed fat and put on muscle at the same time all natural... so I have to think the slight test boost from the Nolva had something to do with it.

Otherwise you're looking at Anavar or Tbol.
