I'm currently on a test e and deca cycle. Is this a good diet.
I'm 5'7" weight 190lbs age 30 bf% around 18
I'm doing 3400 cal a day
20% fat - 85 grams
40% carbs - 360 grams
40% protein - 350 grams

If your food choices are solid that should be a decent bulking setup. You should be able to hit 22-25% bodyfat easily.
My fats are coming from almonds , peanut butter olive oil some meats and just one bag of doritos lol.
My carbs are from Oatmeal in my morning and Post workout shake at 6pm , wheat bread some fruits veggies and that bag of doritos.
Protein from my shakes, chicken , fish , some beef , milk , eggs, cottage cheese peanut butter.
Does that look good?
Do u mean I could get up to 22-25% body fat or do u mean my daily intake for fat?

Sorry man, it was my subtle way of saying I wouldnt be bulking at 18% body fat. If you get a chance head down to the diet forum. You will be able to get some good specific advice there. If you start a thread down there I will give it a look over myself and make a suggestion or three.

you're gonna be pretty thick and bulked up by the end of it. I say do what you have planned, gain as much muscle as possible while you are still on cycle, then 4 weeks AFTER PCT IS OVER, start cutting
