Ok, sorry for what may perhaps be a stupid question.
On cycle, train a muscle group/movement once or twice a week?
If, once, how many sets and reps are optimal?
^Same question for if twice.

Been doing once a week, about 20-24sets 6-8 reps a set, but some guy at the gym today (dudes a monster, leg presses max plates on each side and stacked on top) reckons twice a week on cycle, even natural.
