I have Tren A @75mg a ml so if I want to draw 50mg at first to see how the sides are then bump it up if there is no problem where would draw it up to in the barrel. Can't figure it out and want to be sure before I do anything. Thanks

If my calculations are correct, draw 0.6 cc = 45mg Tren A
A little bit over the middle between 0.6cc & 0.7cc is aprox. 50mg Tren A

7 lines up to 1 cc will = 52.5 mg Tren A.

yeah this is correct up to the 7th line. It will actually be closer to the 50mg because of the loss when you try to release the air and just a tad bit stays in the needle.
