Has any1 got any tips on how to increade my appetite when I wake up?, I am just not hungry at all so lately I've been cutting my egg whites up n drinkin them in a glass of water (no, I do NOT have tastebuds so its alright).

sorry man cant help you there!......i love my breakfast, i could eat loads if i wanted lol....
Are you eating large meals before bed? What time do you wake up? I used to be like that many moons ago before I dieted. I think once it becomes routine, you'll develop an appetite. I'm usually pretty hungry in the morning. Then again, it's also one of my favorite meals and I get a huge mug of coffee as a kicker. Egg whites aren't very filling. Start there and maybe some oatmeal and work your way up.
im the same way---i do a shake and 3/4 cup oats---it does become routine
i know this sounds silly, but eating breeds eating... just start small man and keep trying to eat more... gradually u will be able to speed up ur metabolism to a point where u will be hungry
