7am (45 mins of cardio)
8:30 am (1/2 cup oatmeal, 3 eggs (2 whole, one white)
11:30am (Veggies, Lean Protein) or (Wheat sandwich tuna or turkey)
3:00 pm (healthy carb and lean protein)
6:00pm (Protein Shake, almonds)
6:30 pm (workout weights and 30 mins of cardio pwo)
8:00pm (PWO shake)
8:30pm (veggies, lean protein)
* I also taking ripped fuel for fat burn and energy.
