To become a really big monster, is really necessary to do a full year cycle at least ? If so, what cycle will give the best results without f* your body ? I don't want to be a skinny anymore ...

Nutrition and training is not a problem, i love training and eat like a pig ... I am talking serious fellows, i really need to grow. I expect opinions, please.
