i have viewed this forum over a year now and have always found the info to be very professional and helpful. i have been seeking better fitness for myself since i was 10 or 12 yrs old (now 29) and i have had good success for a normal guy with 2 jobs, wife, and daughter. i hope that by joing this board i can continue keeping my body in a healthy state. at all times i will offer the best of advice (that i can i'm no pro) and i will always treat this board with a great deal of respect no matter who you are or what fitness level your at. we are all working toward the same goal. so good luck to everyone be safe and please correct me when i am wrong so i can learn. (i am very new to any functions of a forum board pics, pm's etc. so please be patient)
