Got blood work back -- very depressed

I'm 23, and this is the first time I've ever had myself checked. Anyway, been feeling lethargic, poor cognitive function, low sex drive, etc. etc. I haven't really felt good since I was around 17, and even then I was pretty underdeveloped compared to a lot of people.

    Test came back:
    Testosterone, Serum : 421 -- reference range : 280-800
    Free Testosterone : 9.1 -- rerence range : 9.3-26.5
    Estradiol : 16.7 -- range : 7.6-42.6

The thing is, I just quit my job and have no health insurance. Should I pick some up right now before the "pre-existing conditions" shit comes into play? I think I have 60 days?

I really need some help here, as there is nobody I can talk to about this. What are the steps following? Should I 100% get health insurance right now? Do I need to have pituary, prostate, etc. tests? How can I find a legit doctor that will get me to the levels I want to be at while making sure I don't get the sides?

Seems like most of hte doctors out htere have NO IDEA what they are doing in this regard. I want to get up to mid-high ranges, but not have crazy side effects related to gyno.

Again, feeling pretty down as I will likely be shooting up for the rest of my life and die aged 50 from prostate cancer..

EDIT: I have never done any AAS or other hormone related drugs.

Do a search first and you will have some idea of what HRT is.

I don't think insurance will be an issue -- most policies don't cover HRT for men, especially at your age. Mine doesn't, and I've got a great plan. You may have to pay out of pocket for the office visit, but it shouldn't be too hard to find a doc that will work with you.

So what are the next steps? I got these tests done on my own because its like 75% cheaper. Which tests should I get next to rule out cancer, pituary disease, etc.? PSA, LH, and DHEA is that good enough?

they would help to know what is going on with you but at your age and levels I would try a lot of other things before test.
i see no reason to be depressed by that one blood test.

some dhea, diet, exercise, less stress and sleep may be all you need to start kicking it.

Well I exercise very regularly, although like I mentioned I have low energy levels and none of that "killer instinct" I used to. My diet, while not perfect is very good. I do have some stress, but not an inordinate amount by any means. I mean, what we are talking about here is doubling my test production, is that even possible to do natty?
