I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone and look forward to picking your guy's brains. The information here seems to be endless.

A little bit about myself; I'm 35yrs young/old, 6'3" tall, 195lbs, & have 12% bodyfat. I've been working out for around 20 months now (more of a bodybuilder style routine) & in the last three weeks have switched to powerlifting. 5*5 on my three core lifts> deads, squats, & bench. I'm looking to add some low dose suppliments to my training & need all the advice I can get. So please bare with me on some of the dumb questions that I might ask. I'm looking to hit a targeted weight of 220lbs, all muscle mass gains of course.
