    Help Supplements & Cutting & Diet

    I am about to start spring cutting. What do you think?

    I am just over 6 feet - 215lbs
    Workout 4-6 times a week

    First thing in the morning I take 32mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine + 25-50mg winn (the idea behind the winn is to limit muscle loss on low cal diet etc)(?)

    I do cardio almost every morning 5-7 times a week 45min light bike ride before I eat anything.

    Then immediately after cardio I eat iso-protein + skim milk -about - 250cal 40g protein

    Then I continue to eat approx every 2 hours 300cal till I reach approx 2500cal and 200-250g protein.

    I do tend to continue eating later then I would like to get the cal and protein all in – right up to bed time ¿

    Any opinions or ideas/changes?

    are u taking winny by itself? if so how long u been doin that?

    I am currently just starting my cutting, I was doing weight gain before for the last 2-3 months (Clean) gained about 15-20lbs now its almost summer and starting to cut.

    I have been doing my cutting for about 4 days havent taken any winn yet - but i thought it might be good to help limit muscle loss and lean out etc.

    Why do you say this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

    As the first line on the Anabolic Steroids Profile page says.

    Winstrol - Stanozolol is a very commonly used anabolic steroid for cutting cycles

    And I have done quite a bit of reading on it.

    Yes I have read that many times, but havent seen much evidence behind this claim when using it for cutting.

    How would this compound not help pervent muscle loss when on a diet - and not help create a leaner body.

    Im not saying that there are not better compounds. But at this junction in my life injecting is completly out of the question - Crazy GF.

    ???

    Is anavar a way better option?

    i just know winny will supposedly shut u down hard--i just didnt want to see that happen

    that being said---idk much about aas other than test---i will say that no matter what u take, it wont matter if ur diet aint right

    You need some sort of testosterone preperation. A small dose of Test Prop 50-100mg/EOD is what I use. That with Winstrol and an AI (small dose) would be fine.

    My diet is very clean and percise - I use meashuring tools for all food consumption (scale, meashuring cups/spoons etc) and write all food consumed in a journal.

    As for what im consuming I have been told my diet isnt very good by someone else on this form. I have decided to consume 2500cal and 220-250g Protein a day. approx 300cal each meal every 2 hours approx. - I thought that it sounded good he said otherwise but offer no reasion to as why yet.

    I also do not consume almost any sugar/simple carbs except from skim-milk and fat-free-yogurt (oh and an apple here and there) the meat I eat is all lean and I weigh it before I eat it. When I do need to use some oil to cook its only a small amount of EVOO. Am I going wrong somewere?

    Also with what you siad winny shutting you down hard wont my pct help pervent that ?

    see bold---winny isnt gonna give u what u want--test prop @ 100mg eod and winny might---but id just go with the test prop

    Im still not understanding exactly why a test created for gaining weight would be good for fat loss - but I guess It will stop the loss of muscle, and since my diet is good & my calories are deficent from my BMR + Exercise I souldnt gain any fat.

    As for my diet a day might look like this.

    9am - E/C/A + 45min light cardio
    approx 10am - Shake iso + skimmilk - 50g protein 300cal
    12noon - Wholeweat bread + Can light tuna + yogurt - 39g Protein 285cal
    2pm - Protein bar/shake (With carbs) - 25-30g protein 300cal
    4pm - Sandwitch Wholeweat bread + lean meat (Chicken, Tuna) 35g 320cal
    4:30 - Workout/Plyometrics depending on the day
    5:30 - Iso shake with water - 180cal 40g protein
    6pm - 2 yogurts + apple - 8g protein 160cal
    7pm - meat (roast's, chicken, steak) - veggies + approx 1/2 cup long grain rice - 40g protein 550cal
    9pm - 3 yogurts + some cottage cheese - 20g protein - 250
    12-1am - go 2sleep
    There is sometimes a bit of oil/ketchup/light-mayo/dressing and some salids/raw veggies thrown in there etc - max 200-400cal - depending if I see that im a bit under on my calories as the day goes along

    4pm - Sandwitch Wholeweat bread + lean meat (Chicken, Tuna) 35g 320cal

    5:30 - Iso shake with water - 180cal 40g proteinadd oats here
    6pm - 2 yogurts + apple - 8g protein 160calthis is no good--need lean protein and complex carb
    7pm - meat (roast's, chicken, steak) - veggies + approx 1/2 cup long grain rice - 40g protein 550calthis is a real meal--do more like it
    9pm - 3 yogurts + some cottage cheese - 20g protein - 250no yogurt if u wanna cut fat
    12-1am - go 2sleep

    see bold above---really need all macros for each meal---and totals for the day

    imo, u dont need aas to meet ur goals---just get the diet sorted and u will get there in no time

    Whats wrong with the milk and yogurt - because it has sugar/simple carbs?

    I cant tell you off hand this second what the macros are but I know it comes in around calories from = 40-42% protein - 57-60% carbs - 1-2% fat

    I guess I need to eat some more fat?
    Perhaps this is why I am having problems consuming 2500cal a day.
    Problem is im not sure how many calories im getting from my flax and omega oil - this is not included in my macros

    ok so 4 flax pills n 4 omega pills like 80cal - so - 3.2% so total fat is like - 4.2-5.2%

    So should I be consuming more fat ?

    absolutely--i take 15gr of fish oil a day

    efas are essential for losing fat---and about a million other things

    cut the carbs back to 40% and add back the cals in efas

    40/40/20 or 40/30/30 will def do it

    so lower carbs and higher health fat is better? - 40/30/30 is better then 40/40/20

    or there about the same
