    Im 5'5" 134lbs 22 and im a hard gainer im taken ARIMTEXT,HEXAGHEN and i cant gain weight what can i take to help me gain. I eat a shit load, i wont to gain 30lbs if not more..

    Hold up you need to fix your diet, why don`t you lay out your diet for us to critique. I have no idea what those products you are taking are, are they supplements?

    yes they are Arimtest-Testorone booster, HEXAGHEN-Pharmadynamice IFG-1 Optimizer and i eat red meat in almost all 6 meals a day and ill eat right before i go to bed

    While eating meat is good you need the right fats and carbs to grow as well. Test boosters are junk and I doubt that igf-1 optimizer does anything either. Still sounds like diet issues, its not just eating alot it`s eating the right foods.

    only looked a like 3 threads since i just joined and in all of them REDZ your telling them to fix thier diet and its great advice bro! drugs cant do shit for you if you cant even learn to eat right,I couldn't consider roids if i couldn't even eat properly and work out without em to begin with! lol

    Let's get the facts straight here, not to be rude.......But, your 22 and you can't gain weight. At 22 with the right diet and excercise plan 30lbs should be a fairly easy goal. Your full of natural test, so that's not the problem. It's either your workout or diet. I'd go out on a limb and say it's probably your diet bro. Most everyone who says there eating enough, really are not. When I was bulking I was eating 18 eggs a day, 1 whole chicken, and about six steaks, and around a pound of fish, 5-6 cups of rice. I ate around six pounds of meat a day. It was more expensive for me to eat, than to run a cycle.

    It's diet or excercise.......sorry dude.
