    Need Some Help Serious Help/Advise

Hey people, i'm a healthy (or what i would consider) 21yr old male. I'v been going to the gym regularly (about 2-3 times a week) since April 09, in an attempt to gain weight and muscle mass, that however has failed...badly. You see i'm a weedy 148lb but standing at 6ft 4in, so you can see my predicament. My diet is what i would consider "a good diet" 3 square meals a day. Since starting my new job i haven't had much time to train either, gyming and getting fit has been pushed aside for sleep (i work nights now). Anybody's advise is considered a God send

    thank you people

    kyle

what do you want advise on? I would go to the diet forum and read the stickies then organize a meal plan for yourself and post it up for critique, also post your stats as you did here and post your goals as well, man if thats your stats you need to gain weight badly, which can be done but you will have to have a good meal plan and training routine, just for a note i work 12-13 hour nights as well and that does not include a 1.5 hour round trip commute and i am currently training 5 days a week and eat 6-7 meals per day so it can be done but i do realize this could also depend on what type of work you do.
