Hey people, i'm a healthy (or what i would consider) 21yr old male. I'v been going to the gym regularly (about 3 times a week) since April 09, in an attempt to gain weight and muscle mass, that however has failed...badly. You see i'm a weedy 148lb but standing at 6ft 4in, so you can see my predicament. My diet is what i would consider "good" 3 square meals a day, but i'm desperate to gain weight and muscle and what i'm eating at the minuet just ain't cutting it, any good tips and advise would be considered a god send
