Advice would be greatly appreciated.
Been going to the gym for a couple of month now and want to get bigger. i weigh 155 pounds and 5ft 8 and go to gym 4 times a week. I fancied getting a course but do not like needles so a friend of mine recommended anadrol 50 (oxymetholone 50 mg) tablets (100 in pack)
I was told to take half a tab for first 7 days then 1 a day after that, he said take the full lot rather than have a break after so long, is this correct.
At what point of the day should i take it?
How much am i expecting to put on in weight roughly?
and how many week should i take then for?
any other advice would be spot on!
