For me to bulk cleanly it takes about 3200 cals a day. I was curious what would happen if I did 5k calories a day for a week then 3200 next week, etc. Would the fat gain be that bad?

my last bulk was about 5k cals every day with a TDEE of about 3300. I worked my ass of and made the fastest gains ive ever made....and got a belly along with it for the first time in my life at 21. It was depressing. So from my experiences going over your TDEE by that many calories will lead to real fat gains. I took a few months and lost most of the fat and Im doing well on 3500 a day (with no manual labor job this go around).
